Privacy & booking terms.
Information we collect
QTEAM Studio collects your name, email, mobile number, chosen session, optional notes, and any payment reference or receipt you submit to manage your booking and verify payment. For new bookings, we also record the safety notice wording and version you acknowledged, linked to your booking reference and the acknowledgment time. Please do not include unnecessary personal or health information in notes or receipts.
How your details are used
Your details are accessible to authorized studio administrators for booking management, payment review, and contacting you about your visit. Your private booking link gives access to your booking details; keep it secure.
Reservations & payment
Your booking request is pending. Submitting a request does not reserve a place. Your booking becomes official only after QTEAM Studio receives and verifies your GCash or bank transfer payment. Places are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis, subject to availability when payment is verified. Please check availability before paying and keep your booking reference.
Each class booking is for one participant. Studio rental covers the selected time at the displayed hourly rate. If your requested time becomes unavailable after you pay, contact the studio to arrange an alternative or discuss a refund. Cancellations of confirmed bookings and any refund requests are handled directly by the studio.
Safety & Participation Notice
Participation in fitness classes and use of the studio involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, strains, and other injuries. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and choose to take part voluntarily.
Please choose activities suited to your abilities, follow instructor guidance and studio safety rules, use equipment only as instructed, and promptly report hazards or incidents. Stop participating if you feel unwell or unsafe. Speak privately with your instructor about any limitations relevant to safe participation before the session.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QTEAM Studio is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss resulting from the ordinary inherent risks of participation, a participant’s failure to follow safety instructions, or misuse of equipment. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes the studio’s duty to take reasonable care.
Studio renters must follow the same safety rules and communicate them to their guests. A booking acknowledgment applies to the person making it; it does not waive the rights of other participants or guests.

Your choices
You may cancel a pending booking using your private link. For corrections, questions, or deletion requests, contact the studio. Payment and booking records may need to be retained for accounting or dispute resolution.
App storage
This site uses a session cookie for security and sign-in. The installable app caches public design assets and an offline page. Booking details, payment receipts, and dashboard pages are not cached for offline viewing. Booking requires an internet connection.
